Overview of steps:
- Intake: We discuss and understand your goals and the context in which they are to be achieved.
- Stakeholder analysis: Together with you, we create an overview of relevant internal and external parties.
- Change impact analysis: We analyze how parties are important and to what extent they influence the change.
- Design 1.0: An iterative process in which we work toward an overall strategy and a specific approach per stakeholder group.
- Validation: We work with you to validate the strategy.
- Final delivery: Final step in which the final product is delivered.
The process requires customization to fit not only your specific goals and context, but also to fit within the corporate culture.
The above generic approach is available at a rate of approximately €10,000. Additional implementation support will be charged separately.
