Kyden Talents
Where young talent and public ambition come together
Are you a talent who wants to contribute to social progress? Or a public organization looking for fresh energy, vigor and new perspectives?
Our Public Talents are young professionals with a strong motivation to make a difference within (semi-)public organizations. They bring contemporary knowledge, an open mind and a great sense of social responsibility.
For more than 15 years, Kyden Talents has been helping organizations in the public sector move forward. With our two-year development program, we train talents to become project managers who know how to realize change in complex environments. In this way, we not only strengthen the growth of individuals and teams, but also the public value of the organizations in which they work. Your social challenge is our common starting point.
