Design of an (ESG) value creation model.
Link products and services with ambitious goals.
Although a value creation model is not mandatory for the CSRD, most large companies do have such a model on their website. The model shows how a company's ESG ambitions relate to an organization's commercial activities and internal practices. Owning such a model is not only valuable but also creating it, especially when the right stakeholders are involved.
Process and Cost Overview: ESG Value Creation Model
- Team selection: Crucial stakeholders from your organization are part of the creative process. Together, we determine who, in addition to our consultants, will take a seat on the design team.
- Defining design principles: We gather information about the existing situation and examine the wishes and requirements for the future value creation model.
- Creative sessions: The creative process consists of multiple sessions, guided by our consultants. As facilitators and active members of the design team, we contribute ideas for the iterative design.
- Validation by decision-makers: Feedback from the design team leads to a first version, followed by validation in two stages: first focusing on the content, then the final version is defined and shaped.
- Professional design and branding: Optional, but only after agreement on the content and a schematic.
Investment: Costs for steps 1 through 4 range between €10,000 and €15,000. Step 5 is performed by an external party, in consultation with the client. This can also be performed by in-house graphic specialists, making hiring unnecessary.
