ESG strategy 'roast'
Take your approach to the next level in one session.
At Kyden, we believe companies grow by taking a critical look at their current approach. Companies with guts will have their existing ESG change strategy critically examined in our special 'roast' session. This session brings together an expert panel of our best brains with a holistic view: a Kyden partner or principal consultant and two or three C-level experts we select based on your specific situation. These experts often have experience at large companies, nonprofit organizations or are active in research.

It all revolves around one powerful session: the 'roast'. This session is carefully designed in close collaboration with you, and a detailed report is prepared and shared afterward.
Preparation
As a client, you give us insight into your current ESG strategy, and together we brainstorm on suitable panelists. You can choose experts from your own sector or a fresh perspective from outside. We discuss which topics are (or are not) relevant to the roast. We also determine what information about the strategy and your organization we want to share with the panelists in advance, and whether a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) is necessary. Then we agree on who from your organization will attend, and when and where the session will take place. This takes place at our location in Hilversum.
Roast
The roast takes 2.5 hours, with extra time for a joint lunch or drinks. Although we do not reveal the format in detail, the bottom line is that during the session you will receive immediate feedback on your existing strategy. The goal is not to defend your strategy, but entirely up to you to decide what to do with the feedback. Positive feedback is valuable confirmation that you are on the right track.
Report
We will take minutes during the session and share the panelists' feedback with you afterwards.
