RDW is an implementing organization under the flag of the Ministry of Infrastructure and Water Management and plays an important role in the mobility sector. To remain future-proof as an organization, RDW invests not only in technological innovations, but also in the development of its employees. The growth and guidance of Young Professionals is high on the agenda.

A customized development program

To offer young employees a strong foundation in their personal and professional development, RDW issued a call to the market for a development program. One of the parties that responded was Kyden. This initial contact formed the basis for a collaboration in which Kyden matched RDW's needs with a targeted program.

For RDW it was important that the program not only offered professional knowledge, but also paid attention to personal growth and essential skills such as communication, cooperation and self-reflection. Therefore, a Powerskills Program was chosen, aimed specifically at Young Professionals. This program helps them become aware of their strengths and development points, enabling them to function with greater confidence and effectiveness within the organization.

Impactful growth and strong collaboration

The results of the program are clearly noticeable within RDW. The Young Professionals experience significant growth in their personal development and have greater insight into their own qualities and areas for improvement. Because of the practical approach and the interactive way of learning, they can immediately apply the knowledge they have gained in their work. This not only contributes to their individual growth, but also to the dynamics and cooperation within the organization.
