When it switches to unhealthy stress, your body doesn't know how to relax. At Kyden, we know what performance is. But also how to stay in the mode that stress is linked to healthy workload rather than losing vitality. A good team increases motivation, commitment and job satisfaction. Paying attention to cooperation, task distribution and culture can prevent a team from stagnating. The coaching is coordinated with the client and often consists of a combination of group and individual sessions.
