'Impact Ecosystems' Training.

The Impact Ecosystem as a solution for complex social issues

During this interactive training we look at complex social problems (so-called 'wicked problems') from a systems perspective and outline a solution direction in the form of an impact ecosystem.

In such an ecosystem, public and private organizations work together to realize social impact. We share our practical model approach and discuss the pitfalls and success factors involved.

Systems Thinking

A look into the world of 'Wicked Problems', systems thinking and Impact Ecosystems

Our society faces major, complex challenges. Polarization, the gap between rich and poor, the climate crisis: these are issues that cannot be solved overnight. Yet we see a solution. A solution in which change takes shape. In which businesses, citizens and government work together to solve social problems. It is indeed possible in the form of an Impact Ecosystem.

In the training you will learn to understand what an Impact Ecosystem is and you will get tools to set up this new form of partnership and cross-organizational cooperation. It is also possible to put your own specific case along the principles and success factors of an Impact Ecosystem.
