We have a wide variety of projects with a variety of public clients. By clients you can think of NS, the Ministry of Defense, LUMC, RVO, RDW and the municipality of The Hague.

How will you be supervised within the traineeship?

A people manager will be assigned to you at the start of your time at Kyden. You will therefore keep your people manager throughout your time at Kyden. A people manager will guide you through your personal and professional development in monthly meetings. They will challenge you to step outside your comfort zone from time to time.

In addition to your assignments, you'll also complete a two-year development program at Kyden. We also call this the "School of Kyden. Let's not forget 'fun'; that's also high on our agenda! In addition to your work for your client and development program, there are many other activities in which you can put all your energy, enthusiasm and knowledge. For example, together with your colleagues you organize events on relevant themes and contribute to get-togethers, fields days, weekends away, social return activities and other fun things to get to know each other better. What about hybrid working?

This depends on the client you will be working for! This is always in consultation with your client. We do have Friday as a regular day at the office to see the other talents and catch up on your assignment.

How does the application process work?

The application process may vary a bit from job to job, but here's what to expect. First, we'll review your resume and cover letter. If we think you're a good match, we'll invite you for an initial interview with one of our recruiters. Is that interview positive? Then you'll move on to the next step: a series of games that test your cognitive skills. If you excel in these and we see a good fit for our traineeships, then you are welcome for the final round: the selection day.

In addition to the fixed development program, you also have plenty of choice when it comes to training; via WeShareTalent you can follow various training courses and you can choose to obtain valuable certifications.
