The position that organizations take with regard to (future) employees must be consciously chosen and cannot be based on coincidences or just 'legacy', read: "this is just the way we do it". Why? Because public opinion enforces it, potential new employees (un)consciously choose it (and stay) and because it helps teams to perform together.

Confess color

We stand for organizations that show color to their stakeholders; starting with their people and the people they hope to connect with. This requires organizations to have a clear picture of their own identity as an employer and how that identity should or should not be developed. This also provides frameworks for how you position yourself as an organization on the S of ESG.

In what ways do you encourage growth in professionalism in content and skills, and how do you facilitate employees to achieve results?

In what ways do you contribute to the physical and mental well-being of employees?


There is no right or wrong in which color you are known, the answer can also be that you don't do something. What is important is that you not only say what you do, but also do what you say.
