Marketing in motion: RAI Markets focuses on sustainable growth.
RAI Markets wanted to future-proof its marketing organization to be more effective, innovative and customer value driven. To accelerate its growth target of 25% revenue growth in five years.
From fragmentation to synergy: RAI Markets strengthens its marketing organization
In recent years, the marketing function within RAI Markets was organized by domain. This offered flexibility, but also led to fragmentation of knowledge, limited cooperation and insufficient economies of scale. RAI therefore wanted to work towards a marketing organization that is not only more efficient, but also responds better to the entire customer journey and contributes to sustainable growth.
Result
Kyden guided RAI Markets with Fair Process Leadership towards a supported decision on the "best-working" marketing organization. Together with Domain Managers, marketers, HR and the MT, we went through a careful decision-making process from problem exploration to Works Council recommendation request.
Impact
Thanks to Kyden's guidance, RAI now has a supported organizational design and a clear transition plan towards implementation. The new structure makes marketing scalable, data driven and focused on realizing sustainable customer value.
