At Magnus Energy, the personal and professional development of consultants is key. In partnership with Kyden, an updated training curriculum was launched in 2023, stretching over six years. The goal? Continuous growth, knowledge sharing and learning from each other.
A structured growth path with lasting impact
The program, composed of START, NEXT and ADVANCED phases, guides consultants from junior to managing consultant (and beyond). In small peer teams, consisting of colleagues at the same job level, they go through the learning path together. This not only promotes individual development, but also strengthens mutual cooperation and knowledge exchange.
The curriculum consists of trainings provided by both Kyden and Magnus Energy. Kyden focuses primarily on soft skill training such as personal effectiveness, communication and leadership. Magnus Energy provides additional training focused on subject matter and customer engagement.
The collaboration between Magnus Energy and Kyden is more than a vendor relationship; it is a partnership. Every quarter the program is evaluated and adjusted based on feedback from the participants. Kyden is actively involved in this process and always comes up with well-considered proposals to further improve the curriculum.
This structural approach allows for continued investment in people's growth - something both Magnus Energy and Kyden strongly believe in.
