From scene to conversation
Participants appreciate not only the play of the actors, but also the skill with which they respond to reactions from the group. The trainers are praised for their guidance and the space they create to talk openly about behavior, regardless of hierarchy or job differences.
The training forms a common starting point within Flevo Hospital to normalize conversations about (un)desired behavior. Employees are given practical tools and are better informed about where they can go for help or advice.
