Benthe van der Grijp

As a Public Young Professional at Kyden, I combine valuable hands-on experience with various clients with targeted training programs for my personal and professional development. In my current role, I work as a Junior Project Manager for the municipality of Stichtse Vecht. With my background in International Political Economy, I am most passionate about projects and research that make a concrete and future-proof difference.

Social impact and sustainability are the common thread running through my work. I combine analytical thinking with a practical approach: I enjoy contributing ideas on broader social issues, but always ensure that these are translated into achievable, practical results.

When working with others, I am engaged, reliable, and self-reliant. I am happy to take on responsibility, work meticulously, and bring a creative perspective to help achieve shared goals. What drives me is building genuine connections and actively contributing to a better living environment. You can always reach out to me for a fresh perspective on a complex project, a good brainstorming session, or just a cup of coffee to exchange ideas.
