Kyden's preparation for CSRD - 'getting started'
Pragmatic support for CSRD reporting, even if it is not mandatory.
Our 'Getting Started with CSRD' service is designed for companies that are required to report in accordance with CSRD from 2026, and also for those who do not have this obligation but want to further integrate ESG into their strategy or improve their ESG reporting.
How we can help:
The Getting Started with CSRD service is modular, with four fixed and three optional elements.
Fixed modules:
- CSRD Introduction & Quick Scan: we go through three steps to understand the CSRD journey and determine the organization's current state of ESG.
- Dual materiality analysis: a fully CSRD-compliant analysis, using standardized questionnaires and interviews.
- CO₂ emissions calculation: calculation of CO₂ emissions according to CSRD guidelines, to be repeated annually.
- Final advice / ESG action plan: based on the results of the first three modules, we provide advice on exploiting ESG opportunities and dealing with risks, as well as a plan to efficiently prepare a full CSRD report.
Optional modules:
- CO₂ emissions calculation - Scope 3: extension to the standard CO₂ calculation.
- ESG strategy: definition of a CSRD-compliant ESG strategy, including mission, vision, policy themes, risk mitigation plan, targets and KPIs, and an implementation plan.
- Comprehensive stakeholder analysis: in addition to the ten interviews in the standard module, we offer deeper analysis and interviews with additional stakeholders.
